
Earth Form Services and All Kootenay Aggregate — two trusted, locally owned companies serving the East Kootenay region — are hiring for a Skilled Labourer / Foreman to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.
This position offers variety, responsibility, and leadership. You’ll work across both companies on job sites throughout the East Kootenay and be home every night. While we’re willing to train in some technical areas, we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership, lead by example and get the job done.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll split your time between work for both companies:
- Earth Form Services: concrete forming, placement, and finishing
- All Kootenay Aggregate: gravel and aggregate production, trucking and site prep
Key Responsibilities
- Leading crews and coordinating day-to-day job site operations
- Interpreting project plans, elevations and layout instructions
- Operating hand tools and equipment (e.g., skid steer).
- Ensuring safety compliance, cleanliness and job site efficiency
- Communicating clearly with project managers and suppliers
- Monitoring quality and addressing issues proactively
- Tracking materials, hours and job progress
While experience in concrete and aggregate work is preferred, we’re willing to train the right person with leadership ability and a solid work ethic.
Requirements
- Must have valid driver’s license (Class 5 or higher)
- Strong leadership instincts and a proactive mindset
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in all weather conditions
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Solid communication and time management skills
- Comfortable taking responsibility and solving problems in the field
Considered An Asset – But Not Required
- Experience with concrete forming or aggregate production
- Familiarity with blueprints, layout, and small equipment operation
- Prior crew leadership, foreman, or site supervisor experience
